do you offer multi-day coverage?

Welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or after party coverage can be added to your experience. Coverage includes up to 2 hours of coverage with one photographer. This is a great opportunity to grab group photos with those guests who are out of town. It's an easy add on to document the start or ending to your wedding weekend!

WHAT are THE TRAVEL FEEs?

All wedding day travel fees are included in your collection with no extra or hidden fees. Engagement session travel is included to a location within a one hour drive of Lynchburg, Roanoke, or Charlottesville VA.

do you offer payment plans?

Yes! There is a payment plan with 3 payments. The non-refundable deposit to hold your date is 33% at the signing of your contract.

How do i receive my photos?

You will receive your photos through an online gallery link to download them to any device. As a bonus, you will  also receive a unique app for your phone to access your photos on any mobile device. Share the link as you wish because they are your photos!

how many photos can i expect in my gallery?

It really depends on several factors: hours of coverage, size of bridal party, # of wedding guests, how many details you have, if you share any first looks, your reception events, if your guests are big party dancers, etc. There are A LOT of factors but generally speaking you can expect anywhere from 50-100 images per hour of wedding day coverage.

how quickly do i
receive my photos?

The contract  allows up to 3 months but we have never taken that long to deliver a gallery. In the busy months (April-June & September-November) it could take 1-2 months. Any sessions are a 2-3 week turnaround time.

what if there is bad weather?

For sessions, you can reschedule if the weather is bad, although we have shot in snow and rain! On the wedding day, we can’t reschedule but the team isn’t scared of bad weather! Fun fact, the team has navigated a combined 50+ rainy wedding days including 5 awful hurricane rains!

how do you back up our photos so they aren't lost?

Our cameras record each photo to 2 different memory cards. So if there is an issue with a memory card there are duplicates! We have procedures in place with our team to make sure your photos are backed up after the big day.

WHAT IF my photographers CAN'T MAKE IT TO MY WEDDING?

The back up plan is laid out in your contract for you to review before booking but there are 2 basic options: choose your own replacement or use another member of the team! We have 7+ photographers in addition to James and Emily, the owners. Based on everyone's schedules we have backup photographers ready to step in.
